This is a little program I ported over from C++ and improved upon a lot. I'm posting it as is for those people who wanted to know how horrible of a coder I was back then....
This plugin converts gravel into clay when special conditions are met: 1. Brick(configurable in the ini) is underneath the gravel 2. Water or lava is flowing over, or next to the gravel.
